Add a filter to exclude programs

You could include a visual and temporary filter to exclude up-to-date programs, or programs with minor updates, or programs with major updates, or a combination of them.
It should present at least one type of them (i.e., at least up-to-date programs, or minor updates or major updates).

Because if programs are already up-to-date, I just want to check not up-to-date programs.
